Another bug in the new patch (Scenario2). In a PBM my opponent suddenly has forces (Japanese) in Aden. That was quite a shock. At first I was concerned it was Africa Korps after unexpected advance from Lybia!

I can't attack them (not an option on the menu)to make them go away. He says the division they are attached to has become useless. So not in addition to problems with resizing in one game, I have unwelcomed visitors in another.

Do we need to send saves and passwords, or are you already aware of the problem and is there a fix.

Thought you might want to see this ugly development.

At minimum, we need a save.  The turn before it happened would be most helpful.

Attach the Allied player's turn so I can run it and see what caused the unit to show.
I am just guessing it was a fragment and not a normal LCU???

attached are the allied player turn before and after the fragment appeared.

my cursor over it give no information, and I cannot attack it.

the files were renamed as .txt (because I thought you are supposed to).

One of the ships (Nirvana) in the British TF unloading at Aden, has a fragment of the 2nd IJA Div on board.

Ill have to send the ship to Japan to be sunk to unload the unwanted cargo.

Some days have passed and the ship shows no fragment or any other entity loaded. I supposed the fragment has unloaded and is now stuck forever in Aden My opponent says he cannot get the parent (2ed Division) to do anytying with this detachment in limbo. Is there a work around? Don't suggest restart, we have restarted to many times and don't want to do it again.

I suppose you could use it for 'training' purposes but attacking it

Or the Japanese player could use it to attack Aden.

It would be easy if I could attack it or my opponent could attack with it. We would kill it.

It cannot be attacked or accessed by either player. Its only functions are:

a) to annoy me by looking odd
b) it is somehow borking the rest of the unit for the Japanese player. I'm not sure if he can get it to load or unload from his transports. He has only told me it is causing him control problems of some sort.

FWIW i've also experienced this with Japanese forces warping into both Suva and Sydney. I can't attack them and they have no name assigned to them. The Sava force wiped itself out due to attrition but the Sydney one is still there after 2 or so weeks.

That is my unit stuck in Aden, and it has borked my 2nd Div. I can still move the whole unit, but when i load them on transports, i am always missing that one piece in the count. I have loaded and unloaded the division several times, hoping to get it to reaquire, but with no luck. I cant split the division, and i cant get it to rebuild with new troops, its still good as a full unit, but thats it. Any other suggestions on how to get it to reaquire?
