Greetings all.

I am playing the Ironman scenario against the AI, with the v3 hotfix. (don't remember the exact version # off the top of my head). On the June 16 turn, I received several hundred new leaders. It took about an hour to complete the post-combat resolution, so I waited....

When I was finally able to do my turn, the game crashed when I tried to access the Intel screen. I rebooted my system and tried again. Same thing: when I attempt to access my intel screen, the game crashes....

Two questions: First, are these two events somehow related?

Second: Has this happened to anyone else?

Thanks again.

Zip and post your pre-turn save file here so one of the developers can have a look at it. A hour long post combat resolution seems a bit excessive to me.

It is the old 'leader reassignment' thing. They aren't new leaders but leaders who no longer have units to command or are in command of more than one unit.
usually indicates a bad leader list, but i don't see that yet.
Still looking

Ships are missing in save #2 which is causing the captains to all be re-assigned.

Do you have a save before this turn?

Hello Michaelm

No, unfortunately I do not have a previous save. After the game finished reassigning all the leaders, I saved it immediately in case of a crash. Because this is a kick-around game agains the AI, I did not back up. It looks like I am SOL.......
