Status: offline 		Okay, I'm not THAT bad of a player . . . but I was playing on the total victory option as union. I took every province and eliminated all confederate units. Yes, every province taken, every enemy beaten. VPs were 42 and will was -9.

Now, three years in the game's future -- still holding all provinces, only confederate forces are some indians out west that I am beating down. I try to meet all governor's request. Every turn -- 42 VP, -9 National Will, no way to win.

I suppose I could see how many years in the future I can go . . . . anyone else seen this happen?

Status: offline 		I play for total annihlation of the north. This happened to me but hey there were very few units of the north left. I had everything up to New York. Even DC but hey it is a game
