Status: offline 		i've been playing AE for the past month, and decided to boot up stock, which i dont think ive touched for 5 years.

anyway, the major difference immediately apparent are the small colored 'icons' next to some, but not all, cities. I looked up in the manual, and i couldnt find a clear explanation of what they were. For instance, Townsville has no icons, but brisbane has Green and White little squares, where Saigon also has a blue diamond.

what are those signifying?

Status: offline 		Sounds like you are using Subchaser's map mod with the resources designated by shapes...there is a key to the shapes on the map somewhere.

Status: offline 		Subchaser's map mod was gorgeous...and the resource icons were pretty handy. I think Andrew incorporated them into a rendition of his map also.
