CAW MegaMod
So I'm currently in the process of working together a CAW MegaMod, which will include:
Atlantic -- by Ryan Crierie -- blank scenario with the North Atlantic Map and some bases laid in.
Complete -- by Ryan Crierie -- blank scenario with just about every ship class and plane type in it; so that you can easily add them to your new scenarios.
Coral Sea '46 converted from CCAW by Jack Ruetty
Guadalcanal converted from CCAW by Jack Ruetty
Hawaii converted from CCAW by Jack Ruetty
Leyte Gulf converted from CCAW by Jack Ruetty
Rabaul converted from CCAW by Jack Ruetty
Rainbow 5 converted from CCAW by Jack Ruetty
Force Z by Unhappy
Indian Ocean by Unhappy

Sounds great!
"Lose" is the opposite of "win." "Loose" is the opposite of "tight."

RE: CAW MegaMod
So far, the following aircraft I've done just for this mod (on top of the ones done by me and others).
P-38J Lightning
AM Mauler
AD Skyraider
F5F Skyrocket
F7F Tigercat
F8F Bearcat
TB2D Skypirate <-- God I love this one.
And I'm using the official US Navy Data to correct cruising range and endurance where possible. For example; in CCAW's Midway '47 scenario, the Bearcat has a cruising speed of 280 kts, when looking at the actual data available at my website at HERE, you can see it only has a 180 kt cruise speed.

Okay, it's up HERE, clocking in at 19 MB.
I've attributed who did what as far as scenarios are concerned; but not for graphics; I'll do that list tomorrow.

Evening Ryan
Thanks so much for taking the time to put this Mod together and to all those who contributed to it. Might be time to look at CAW again after a long break, the new British ship graphics are especially welcome as inspiration for a couple of new scenario ideas
Cheers

Speaking of Brit ship graphics; I could try converting the Pedestal scenario over from CCAW; for some hot med action. [:D]

Thank you very much Ryan!

Indian Ocean by Unhappy
One question though.
I already had downloaded and installed Hawaii, Rabaul and Guadalcanal from Jack Ruetty, and as your upload lacks any version number for these, how do I know which one is the latest ? The one in your package, or the one Jack Ruetty uploaded ? Would it be possible to add version numbers & dates to the read me files for the scenarios ?
Same for the Force Z and the Indian Ocean Raid by Unhappy.
Maybe Jack Ruetty and Unhappy can chime it for clarification ?

I'm not familiar w/mods; do I extract and install a mod as I would a patch?
Does installing the new mod change any of my previous CaW settings/edits?

Yes, thank you for your efforts.
I'm doing some modding too.
I use a program called Paint Shop Pro X.
I've made some new aircraft graphics for allied planes used on Matapan Scenario. Eventually, I'll work my way through the Italian and German aircraft.
Just finished 826 Sqn. FAA Albacores as used on HMS Formidable in March 1941.

I thought that I would do a new graphic file for the Martin 167 Maryland. Someone did one earlier with a picture of a Martin Baltimore bomber.

I'm new to this forum, so I gotta get used to the all the bells and whistles here! I tried to post a picture of the FAA Albacore torpedo bomber graphic I did yesterday...But that didn't work. I just noticed the embedding picture button. Ok, now the Fairey Albacore 826 Sqn. Fleet Air Arm in early 1941 scheme:

I did this one for a Battle of the Bismark Sea scenario... The Douglas A-20 Boston...I think Americans call them 'Havocs'!
The Royal Australian Air Force called them Boston III.
