Status: offline 		Well, it’s a bit OT, but some folks thought I should post it.

The Ensnada boat race is done and we kicked some major behinds. Was tactician and 2nd helm on H’zon, a friends Cruz 50 from D.Point. Took first in class and maybe 3rd overall. We were in A class, just behind the 70 and 80 foot Maxis. Beat them all on corrected time. Spanked Denis Coners plump little bottom by 20 minutes. Kept him and Magnitude in sight the whole race, we went deeper towards Todos light, they went left; bad move.

Status: offline 		He got his nickname back in 2003, at a Rolex at Sardinia. There was these two cute, scantily clad lovelies on a second story hotel balcony with a vine trellis going up. Our well oiled, and seriously fried, friend decided to introduce himself, face-to-face as it were, and mounted the trellis.

He was almost home when the trellis collapsed and he fell and broke bones in both his feet. What a dork, we think, till we go to gather him up at the local hospital to fly home, and there he is with those same two cuties, naked and … oh well. Scotty, the Love Monkey!

Just wondering, have you ever thought about competing in the annual Sydney to Hobart race (first held in 1945)which starts on 26 December.

There is life and then there is sailing. Joe Melluso skippered a TransPac when he was 87. He got 4th out of 9, so I got a few years left.
