Hi.

I have downloaded the demo version, to familiar myself with the game I wish to play the training scenarion. The problem is that the manual and also Harpoon help describe the training scenario that is situated in the GIUK region, but (in the demo version) the training scenario is situated in the WestPac region.

Further, I have find a for my annoying graphial bug in the "unit sceen" regarding the Netherlands. The part of the Dutch territory situated below sea level is presented on the Unit screen as sea instead as land. Does this bug also exist in the purchase game version?

Hi emeg,
I'm grabbing a screenshot for your map question.  For the training scenario, the WestPac scenario is a much better intro to the game interface than the GIUK scenario.  The WestPac training scenario has a full set of orders.  I made a PDF of those orders some time ago in case it helps you, http://harpgamer.com/harpforum/index.php?autocom=downloads&showfile=263.

Please see the attached screenshot of the Original GIUK Netherlands coastal area. Is that more pleasing to you? The demo GIUK was made with the Battleset Builder that allows you to carve out many different areas for scenario use whereas the screenshot here is from the GIUK map area present in all versions of HC including the full game.

With enough graphics editing effort you could play a game on a one-continent globe or a totally fictional planet.

Hi TonyE,

Your reaction is surprisingly fast :)
I have found the pdf WestPac tutorial follow up the information you gave me, thank you for your fast response. The graphics of the Dutch map you showed above are fine
