Hello, 1°/I have ordered this great game WAW and I want to do some littles modifications with WAW (at the present time, I have just the demo for my "WAW modding studies", I will receive the game in some days). Could somebody confirm me the signification of these terms, in baseline.txt and units.txt data files : TD_UA = Submersible attack TD_SA= Ship attack TD_AA= Air attack TD_LA= Land attack TD_Torp=Torpedo capacity TD_SPEED= move capacity TD_EVADE= Capacity of evade if attacked TD AMPHIB=amph capacity TD_ARMOR=Armor capacity TD_DURAB= Capacity to survive when attacked (Resistance) TD_COST=cost to buy or time delay for building (Time delay in fact) TD_SUP_USE = how use supply or not TD_FUEL_US = how use fuel or not TD_RANGE= Range for move or fight ? (for fight probably, sinon double emploi avec TD_speed) TD_CAP= Transport capacity TD_CLASS : ? Thanks in advance for replies 2°/ For those who are interrested, I learned with some very interessant posts of members here and I have modified the Czekoslovaquian situation : independant state allied with URSS (or with UK) and with ability to have his own production. The same would be able to realized with Austria for a "1936 scenario". The lines to enter are A/in "nation" data file : NATION_NAME,Chile,Tchecoslovaquie, B/in place of NATION_NAME,Chile,Chile, C/in "régionXX" data file (XX= year of the scenario): REGION,343,Czechoslovakia,PLAYER_SOV,Chile,TER_COLD MOVECOST,1 POP,1 FORT,0 CONNECT,66,67,68,70,92 SIDE,6,6,6,6,6 UNIT,RAIL,2 UNIT,FACTORY,3 UNIT,RESOURCE,1 in place of REGION,343,Czechoslovakia,PLAYER_GER,Germany,TER_COLD MOVECOST,1 POP,1 FORT,0 CONNECT,66,67,68,70,92 SIDE,6,6,6,6,6 UNIT,RAIL,2 UNIT,FACTORY,3 UNIT,RESOURCE,1 D/in "alliance" data file: PLAYER_LIST,PLAYER_SOV,Russia,Chile in place of PLAYER_LIST,PLAYER_SOV,Russia and NATION_PLAYER,Chile,3, in place of NATION_PLAYER,Chile,6, Then, Czekoslovaquia is considered as independant country allied with URSS (because no more place in UK/USA alliance for flag in production screen), with independant production capacity (the Chile flag becomes the Czekoslovaquian flag : I have no logicial for tga art modifications) _____________________________________________________________________ For those who want to add a port in Tripoli : I have learned in a post of this forum tje process: in "mapregionloc" data file, enter that : region_id 49 0 1353 1059 portloc 49 1370 1020 (in place of original mention for region Id 49(Tripoli) and in "aera" data file, enter that : PORT,49,74, // TRIPOLI (at the end of list of ports) You will have a fine port in Tripoli !
