Figured posting these directly in the forum wouldn't be a bad thing. [8D]

(+1 Glory to any reader who noticed that the governor photos (which are still in development) are off by one...that is, Austin Blair should actually have John Andrew's photo, and so forth.)

Give us more please. We can help although we are actually not testing the game. I always say: Man and donkey are smarter than man himself![;)]
Some screen shots and, maybe, some text would be very nice.

Thank you

I don't want to offend anyone but RR and towns look a bit "strange". Is this final version or can you change it?
What is that "ring" over the name of the town? Fort?Garrison?

This is just a friendly remark. You are doing a great job!

Please, for the sake of us older gamers with poor eyesight, make the unit graphics in the tactical combat screen larger. They look like dotted lines to me, not soldiers.

Actually, a 19 inch lcd monitor would do the trick quite nicely.[:)]

The problem is convincing the wife that it's a worthwhile investment.

Yep that works...

Until you're over fifty.. and then you find yourself with your nose up against the screen!

Players have the option to replace unit graphics on the tactical map with big bright contrasting NATO symbols.

Will this game support widescreen resolutions?

Like COG, it'll still resize the screen to 1024x768.  So it'll run on widescreens but may be stretched a bit.  I spent a few days trying to allow for variable screen resolutions but it proved to be much more problematic than I had originally anticipated.

Thanks for your reply. Widescreen support isn't a deal-killer for me, and I understand it's probably way too much work to implement it, especially at this point. But can I ask: Will we be able to run the game in a window, so that it won't appear stretched?

Haha! I'm 58 and my 2X reading glasses work fine for the smallest graphics. I even keep my screen resolution at 1200X1600 so text is even smaller.

My old Piczo site seems to be gone, so no more Navajo Nation pics :(

As a professional geographer and native Kansan, the geographic labels in Kansas are problematic [:-].  First, Topeka is west-northwest of Lecompton, not south of it. And the dot representing the settlement isn't even close to the real position.

The province labeled Topeka should actually be Council Grove, Fort Scott or something like that. And in my opinion the capital should be in the northernmost province, labeled either Lecompton (CSA), Topeka/Lawrence or Fort Leavenworth (USA).
