Wouldn't know, I'm not a lawyer. Besides, I don't own Matrix...hehehe.

My absence here is due to taking time to enjoy my 6 month baby girl, maintain my business, while creating a new corporation for music distribution, AND working on several screenplays for films (hopefully these get made in the next year or so, then I could retire)....

So yeah, I've been real busy.
