Does anyone have a list of arrivals on a timely basis ? Prerable in XLS format ?

Tracker does, though if your database has grown large I can understand not wanting to load it up to do your planning... So you can 'Export CSV', including the filters on your current view in Tracker.

You can then open these in Excel, and put each file into a different tab if you like...

This may be the best thing for you to do anyway, as your specific units and specific arrival dates may be unique to your game, depending on which scenario you are playing, whether you have bought back any destroyed units, and whether you have reinforcement variability on.

The scenario files can also be exported to Excel CSV format and then you can sort by arrival date if you want. I believe the utility to do it is up on Matrix's download area.

Hello Wdolson , can u give me a link ? I couldnt find it ?

I was afraid you were going to ask that. I've never downloaded the AE version because it was passed around to all the dev team. I have a copy, but I can't upload it here. Send me an e-mail privately and I'll send you the Zip file. There are a couple of threads on its use I found:

It requires using the command window, which is daunting for some people, but there is a readme file.

If you've downloaded a recent patch, take a look in the Beta2 folder in your game directory. There should be a file called witploadae.exe sitting there. This is the program that will export the OOBs to a .CVS file that Excel can read. If I were you, I would create a new folder, copy this program along with the 8 files that define the scenario you are interested in into this folder, then run the program using the command line parameters described in the witploadae readme file. Once imported into Excel, you can sort by any database element that you like.

Hope this helps. Regards, Paul

Is witploadae included now? I haven't actually installed a beta in quite some time (I get the developer stuff).

Anyway that was the utility I was talking about.

There aint no beta2 folder in my installation comrades....

pws1225 -> RE: List of Ship/Air/Land Unit Arrivals (1/24/2013 2:31:21 PM)

No Beta2 folder, huh? Well, go to the Technical Support portion of the forum and go to the first post of the Patch 7 thread started by michaelm. The link at the bottom of this post points to the latest patch download which will insert the Beta2 folder into your game folder. In addition to the witploadae.exe utility, the newer patches provide many, many great new additions and refinements to the game compared to the stock version. Highly recommended.

all very nice but I am alreay doing 3 pbems so it wont work with me

pws1225 -> RE: List of Ship/Air/Land Unit Arrivals (1/24/2013 4:03:35 PM)

You don't have to install the updates, just download them to the beta2 folder. That way you get the witploadae utility and still get to keep to your original game files. Just a thought.

it works fine on my win7/64 bit

i believe you need to install 32 bit java6 and then have a tracker bat file that looks something like this:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe" -Xms512m -Xmx768m -jar "WitPTracker.jar"
pause

then as lokasenna said you can export the info you need

I solved the problem. Many thx for everyone involved.
