http://www.graviteam.com/HELP/271.html Hi Kate,You can get your game updated here for August 2012 with these patches or register for a free account at Gamersgate for the patches. But I don't know where you will be able to find the May stuff any more because everything is now for August 2012. Wodin the district update will work for the core game regardless of where it was bought.Since the district update only effects the maps of Rakitnoe and Taranovka in the core game which isn't considered a DLC. DLC version updates are different though, there are no patches for them and they can't be manually updated, which means you will have to hope the publisher has sold you the most current version of the DLC that they currently have. Thee only place I'm aware of that sells everything for this series(Core game plus every DLC) would be Gamersgate. Before you buy anywhere else it would be a good idea to check and see exactly what it is they are selling and if the series is supported and regularly updated with current versions and patches. Version differences of the DLCs are very minor and hardly noticable unless you know exactly what was modified, the games are still playable and the version differences do not alter the playability of the game. They're mostly just some little bugs that have been reworked.I've yet to notice any thing that distinguishes one DLC version from the other and would be hard pressed to point out just what makes one version different from the other or if it is significant enough to really matter. Also, the district updates are optional and are not needed to play the game. Its mainly for flavor, with a few tweeks concerning broken RR tracks that didn't connect.Since there are no trains in the game the RR track fix does nothing but add visual continuity, some visual weather effects are included in the district update also.Basicallly, all the changes are visual and have no bearing on actual play.
