Turn 76 - 10th May 1917 Much of the same as the last turn. The French should like up with the Italians soon and that surely will spell the end for the Germans?

Turn 78 - 7th June 1917 The Western Front is not looking great for the Germans is it? It is no longer the case that the line is broken...there is no line at all. The Axis have ploughed AH and German units in the mountains to stop the advancing Italians.. but left Alsace-Lorraine wide open. Well done mate. Looked like fun. I do think they need to toughen up the German army. It's probably not an AI fault as those playing as CP find it very difficult. Your very good at doing AAR's you should do more. Oh and I will always bow to your wargaming genius...

I am going to bring the game to a close there. The Turks have not surrendered and to do so I am going to need to get sufficient units to Turkey. Frankly I can't be bothered...[:D]

Great AAR! Only nitpick is your calling the Germans/Austrians the axis but hey I love to nitpick.

Congrats. I'm into 1917 myself on my first game Serbia - after initial losses has been stable for 3 years Romania was a wipeout - probably cost me more by being an ally than staying neutral Russia - looks great for a while, then in 2-3 turns looks nasty, then stable again. Very fluid front. In the West, I lost then retook Antwerp, and whilst there is a great line, the entente definitely have an advantage Caucasus - something about this theater causes me to do silly things (much as it did for you) Egypt - build 3 inf (+arty +fighter) and held fast at the frontier whilst grinding down the Turks
