he sandboxed the whole range of port/airfield builds.

from his charts, building a 0(0) facility up to 3(0) is the toughest task, 'cos the (0) size limits the the # of engr/engrveh devices that can do work in the hex.

for example, a 3(8) or 3(9) facility can effectively use ~1000 engr devices (1 engrveh = 5 engr), those 1000 guys will build the facility to max in 10 days or so.
but a 2(0) port or airfield can only effectively use 156 engr devices & it'll take them 200 days to reach 3(0).
