In RA you get radar on Jap subs in mid 43 Has anyone seen any improvement in subs especially Jap subs with radar???

Probably not so much of a factor in a Pbemail game as by mid 43 you really should be losing Japanese subs too quickly to really have it matter much. Basically, I was not too worried by Japanese subs after 1943 rolled around. Vs the AI might be a different matter.
