In my current Case Blue game against the AI I have lost prestige points due to the Hungarians units under their own Army HQ is less than 66%. Hungarians under their own Army HQ percentage is only 37%. But the info I'm getting is that unless their spirits is 80% or higher they don't need to have 66% of their troops under their own HQ Armies.
So either the info displayed is wrong or there is a bug here, third possibility I'm misreading the info.

The manual also states that Note that Romanian, Italian and Hungarian replacements only arrive if their national spirits score is 75% or more. but as you can see in the screenshot I'm getting reinforcements for them. I see this was changed in v1.03 my game started with v1.02 I guess it's ok then.

The message is wrong :) it is also fixed in v1.03.

Ok, thanks Vic, I guess the game has to be started with v1.03 so the changes take place, right?

Hmm just checking, startied a new Full Blue Case scenario with v1.03, I got the following text and I see no difference.
I might be missing something but if not can you double check it was fixed Vic.

The thing thats fixed is that the message "Hungarian honor offended" was given at the wrong time. No actual political point was deducted with that message if still under 80% prestige.

What issue are you referring too?

Uhmm allright I understand, but I would have swore that I got one pp less when the message poped up. I'll keep an eye on it if it happens again, though my game was started with v1.02.
