U have to go onto ur Hard drive. Its in the folder called manuals of the WITE main folder. File is called, NOTE there several different files.

WITE-Manual-[US-LETTER]

I assume u have the newest patches.

I am always updating to the latest patch, but the manual in "Manuals" folder is outdated.
For example

21.2.1. SOVIET FACTORY EVACUATION
Type of Factory Rail Capacity Cost per Factory Point
Heavy Industry (HI) 5000
Armaments 3000
Generic Vehicles 3000
Aircraft/AFV/Combat Vehicles Build Cost x2 (section 21.1.7)

U sure u opening the correct file?

As said in the folder there are several different files. There are in the US-LETTER are red text editting the manuals black/original text. U have to open it manually.

The US_Letter version of the manual that I have is dated 7/9/12. Pretty sure that came with the latest beta update.

Ok, what u should know is that there isnt actually done any corrections to the originally text. One have to look at the red tex below and then make alteration based on what its saying there. Note. There in this case actually is apparently an error. I still havent updated to .14 yet so ill check that one first.

It say the cost is doubled. That actually isnt true. ill make a note to Leo. Its 6k for all arm/HI/vech now.

Yeah prolly i still havent updated to 1.06.14, im still at .13

10k rail cost for HI is correct, as are 6k for VEH and ARM.
