Is it possible now to make agent names for each specific race?

No it has to be family.I hope future modding allows race naming.

Only if you create a character file for each race in its own directory via a theme.
You then could have a number of specific names tie to either a generic 'Agent' character
portrait or a specific one. For example: (In the Character file)

GENERIC --> 1, Karyn Laxo, 6, Quanemo_Spy.png, [Where Quanemo_Spy.png is a generic image for a spy]
Or 1, Xi Ling, 6, Ikkuro_Agent.png, [Where Ikkuro_Spy.png is a generic image for a spy]

SPECIFIC --> 1, Karyn Laxo, 6, Karyn Laxo_Human_Spy.png, [Where *.png is a specific portrait of a spy]
Or 1, James Bond, 6, James Bond_Human_Agent.png, [Where *.png is a specific portrait of a spy]

Although I know what you really mean and would like (all of us modders would) is that the
'agentNames.txt' file could be formatted for the individual races included in the game and
modded instead of by race family type as Ashberry76 has stated. This is the closest to a
workaround we have. [:)]
