ORIGINAL: wodin It's the lack of original, innovative new wargames that disappoints. I'm not talking just here but everywhere. ... and you can determine this from titles? I'm sorry, but given what has already been announced, what was announced today and what I know is still in the works, I think your tune is likely to change if you give each of these a good look. Regards, - Erik Erik most of the new titles are either games being made on a different format or sequels to games already out. Thats what I ment. I count three games in the list that are new games. Sov, Legends and Pandora. The rest are to me more of the same and I have no interest in nor can I get excited about them (except maybe Vics game, again it's a sequel and something we already knew about). For the last year or more I feel it's been pretty barren as far as great NEW wargames go. I'm talking about new games i.e not remakes\expansions or re imaginings. This isn't a dig at Slitherine\Matrix at all. You can't magic wargame developers out of thin air. It's more a case of searching the net for new games in this genre and not really finding anything. I have read Command Naval\Airwarfare are looking for publishers. Now that would be something thats lacking here, we have Harpoon but a new Naval game would fit very well into your stable of games.
