Tithe from North Carolina. Already emptied every bottle of beer that had been in the fridge!

Good evening chaps, it's been a decent weekend so far. My youngest brother got married on Friday and Lincoln City won today [8D] 4-2 against a team who were 19 places above us in the league [X(]

Congratulations to your brother, Dixie. Condolences as well. [;)]

I think we'll need a larger corn crop for the ethanol that will be being consumed in NC this year.

Torsten-you can level with us...was there *any* beer in the fridge? [;)]

ctangus -> RE: THE THREAD!!! (10/14/2012 1:49:38 AM)

Tithe.

ctangus -> RE: THE THREAD!!! (10/14/2012 1:53:49 AM)

I can't quite tell if this girl is just playing a game, or if she's just simply clueless. Funny either way: Move the deer crossing

There were eight bottle of Yuengling Light Lager. It is acceptable for the BBM.

We also went shopping and I bought some good Erdinger Weissbier from Munich at $ 2.35. But that is worth it :)

Coming from Germany where cans are effectively almost banned, I also had to buy some beer in a can sixpack with that plastic rings. So I simply took one that was advertised. The Old Chub Scotch Ale from Colorado was bad enough that both Mike and I dumped it after one or two sips... [sm=00000117.gif]

Historiker -> RE: THE THREAD!!! (10/14/2012 12:21:29 PM)

Yuengling light? Old Chub? A rough start for the BBM. Perhaps it was just to purge you of the airline food?

ETA: If we ever meet, remind me to tell you the story of "Stag" brand beer from my college days. A fine story of where thrift met repulsive beer.

Onime No Kyo -> RE: THE THREAD!!! (10/14/2012 6:43:05 PM)

Lies! He kept saying how he would tell me the story about milking a bull but never did. [:-]

Chickenboy -> RE: THE THREAD!!! (10/14/2012 9:24:45 PM)

Oh that's right! Our conversation must have been sidetracked. But, it wasn't a bull that was milked. Close, but not exactly.

Now you'll just have to buy me a beer sometime so's I can tell you.

Plus, if you buy me two beers, I'll tell you the most awful, filthy joke I know. I need two beers in me to say it, it's so rancid. [:D]

Chickenboy -> RE: THE THREAD!!! (10/14/2012 10:12:08 PM)

How about them Cowboys? [8|] Two point conversion to tie it up hits Dez Bryant in the shoulder pads. No, it's OK Dez-it's not like the game was on the line or anything. [:@]

Honorable mention in the loss to our offensive line. Scarcely a play went by without a major penalty, it seems. [sm=00000023.gif]

Thank you friends. My birthday was last tuesday. We were initially planning for me to be in Raleigh by then. But I choose to take cheaper flights with TAP Portugal.

BTW: I can recomment TAP to every man. Those portuguese Stewardesses... [X(]

And I think I saw the two most beautiful women I've evern seen in Lisbon's Duty free shop. I forgot to ask them about a picture, though [:(]

LOL, we call it God's Birthday Cake, because if God had a birthday party, this is the cake he would want! It's a 7 pound triple chocolate cake from Costco. [&o]

Good Monday morning - Tithe. [&o][&o][&o]

Chickenboy -> RE: THE THREAD!!! (10/15/2012 3:26:59 PM)

Post dentist tithe. My first cavity in the last 30 years filled. WTF? [:-]

Chickenboy -> RE: THE THREAD!!! (10/15/2012 3:29:15 PM)

A nice way to start the week-not. 7:40am on a Monday. Dental appointment to get a filling. No food for 12 hours while the amalgum sets. [8|]

USS America -> RE: THE THREAD!!! (10/15/2012 3:32:22 PM)

My son has his next checkup and cleaning with the dentist scheduled on Halloween. [:D]
