This is what the AI just decided to do... I have a save from turn 122 if needed. This happened on turn 125. Note that the AI for no reason at all pulled its lines around Crimea back about 5 turns ago. I decided not to do anything about it in hopes that the AI would return to its original positions.
I have seen the AI do some insane withdrawals before but this is just too much.
