The last part of the chapter about the Pearl Harbor attack. I am not sure yet what to do with the battleships. I might scuttle a couple of them. Is there a good way to do this? Except for just sending it out to sea and see whether they will float or not...

I'm clustering data on the different campaigns a bit to increase the readability. Next are a couple of pages on the Philippinian campaign as I expect a lot of action there in the next days. Later on other theatres will be discussed. Little unexpected things have happened so far. Force Z was saved and the HongKong squadron sank a couple of ships near Samah.

Another update on the Philippinian campaign.

Not much is happening on the Philippinian front. Only one unit has landed and it seems the Japanese troops are bypassing it for now. Catalinas are still scoring hits, but that is about all to report so far. Since there is a lot of action in Malaya I'm going to post a couple of pages about the Malaya campaign. We will return to the Philippinian story when there is more to report. Off topic the CV Lexington has been sunk by 6 torpedo hits by a Japanese submarine. [:@]

This update on the Philippinian campaign follows the one in post #14. Only one unit has landed at Luzon and the USAFFE is hunting for it. More on this will follow shortly. Japanese TFs have more or less completely cut off the Philippines. PBY-4 Catalinas are putting up a tough fight and they have sunk several Japanese transports.
