My friend prefers to play ToS:WS with the old freeware 2D hex landscape. I provide the images for download here. Unzip into your TOS game folder and make a backup of images\hexes[0-5].bmp if you want to restore the originals. You do not need this download if you only play with the default 3D map.

We also tweaked volumes to better distinguish auto cannons and changed the tesla sound. Download and also unzip into your TOS folder.

Forum member Fornax was so kind to offer his modified female voices as well as new MG sounds. He also restored the old freeware swivel and crash sounds.
