Pilot rest homes under Version 1.6?

Post by Gregg »

I have been seeing some strange things happening running under version 1.6 while playing Mr. Brown's number 115 using his map, and this is the lattest strange thing I have found.

I now have at one base:
1) Oscar Sentai with 23 aircraft and 70 pilots.[X(]
2) Ann Senti with 32 aircraft and 54 pilots.[:(]
3) Val Daitai with 17 aircraft and 50 pilots.[:(]
4) Zero Daitai with 5 aircraft and 28 pilots.[8|]
5) Zero Daitai with 5 aircraft and 25 pilots.[8|]
6) Zero Daitai with 10 aircraft and 24 pilots.[8|]

Has any one else seen anything like this?[&:]
No, none of the above units had other units disbanded or withdrawn into them!
Where did all the pilots come from?
Many of then are very experienced pilots.

I dont think it is just modified games. I am currently haveing a problem with one American FG in Australia. I split it and the A group with 24 aircraft keeps changing randomly to say it has only 9 pilots. If I try to manually place pilots in the split group they dont appear on screen. If I recombine the groups then all the pilots reappear sort of ( and no the other groups only have 24 pilots) AND the new number of pilots is short until you move the group though, then any pilots you added appear in the group. So you get a 72 plane group that claims is has 56 or so pilots, manually add pilots and then fly out, it now has its original 72 pilots PLUS how ever many you added.

The problem goes away for a bit when you fly the group out of the airfield it is doing it at, but if any damamged aircraft are left behind, when they fly the a split returns to saying 9 pilots again.
Favoritism is alive and well here.

Good explanation, but the units in question have never been split up.
It has to be something else going on.
