I'm 48, I smoke and drink! But I also exercise. I weight lifted and worked out like crazy in school and weighed a whole lean and mean 140 lbs when I got out of high school at 17 - and I only weigh 150 now not too bad after 30 years of abusing my body.

So yah, I exercise and play WitP

Hi all,
ORIGINAL: Oleg Mastruko

I don't use car (in fact I don't even have a car, my wife drives the "family car") so I walk couple kilometers each day. That's about maximum effort I would be ready to invest anyway. Riding a bike or jogging seems like wasting awful lot of time [:D]

Oleg is 99% like me (I am not married yet[;)]) plus I play tennis few hours every week and daily excercize (30 minutes of push-ups and crunches)... [:)]

I run 4 days a week (2-5 miles each - that's 3.2-8 km each for your fureners) and 100 push ups and sit ups a day. I can't wait to retire from the Army - I hate sit ups. Only 2 years, 9 months to go, but who's counting....[:D]

Don't you guys have "Honey-do's" to perform? that's how I get my exercise: mowing the lawn, working in the garden, vacuuming, laundry, washing dishes. cleaning the catbox(yech!), feeding the pets, etc. then for rest i play WitP.

You have to excersize if you don't want to turn blimp-shaped. It's no fun, but you have to.

I have a treadmill in the same room as my computer. I used to run/walk on it while the computer resolved turns (reports off). At 20-30 minutes per turn I got a pretty good work out in.

Bike for 4 hour a day every weekday (7-8 months of the year). Use the exercise bike (about 2 hours a day) when weather prevents outdoor riding and go on shorter outdoor rides (2 hours) when possible. I also play racquetball. I am retired

The last three words explain how you can doo all of that...I wish!
