Base force appears before arrival date?

Base force appears before arrival date?

I just noticed a discepancy on the editor versus the game itself. The 21st Special base Force and the 22nd Special base force in Palau both appear in game on 12/7/41, yet their arrival date is listed as 12/15/41 in the editor. What gives?

Note: posted this in OOB thread, but wanted to know if I was missing something on the editor...

Are you playing with +/-15 day or +/-30 day variable reinforcements?
