The squad starts out in the east. There's a clearing right in front of them with high ground in the west. The squad move in a straight line towards it expecting to meet the enemy along the way. However, no enemy is spotted so the squad decides to just wait at the foot of the mountains. Finally, a medium enemy is detected three hexes southwest of Sei-chan and Bigman. They engage the marksman in a short range standoff. The rest of the squad moves in to help. Next comes up is a Bonecrusher, just a few AC20 shots puts Sei-chan's armor in the red already. Sei-chan moves out of her cover to try to engage the enemy in HtH before she's taken out, sadly the Bonecrusher beats her to a charge and gets knocked down without being able to countercharge. She lost her LoT in the process. She however, still has 46% chance to hit the Marksman with her NB and decides to try and pester the enemy that way. The rest of the squad arrives, but Red Rose is still trailing behind with her Imp.
The Bonecrusher didn't like the idea of Sei-chan attacking the marksman from the ground with her NB and plants an AC20 to her head. Sei-chan gets the message and starts the eject sequence, however she wasn't fast enough. A few seconds later, the Bonecrusher plants another AC20 to her head ripping it clean off. Sei-chan is dead. Lobster sits atop a small mountain and carries on the job of attacking the marksman with the NB. Manager 1 failed a charge against the marksman and crashed. Bigman keeps up his small fire against the Marksman.
At last, Red Rose arrives at the scene of battle and quickly locks on to the Bonecrusher. After the salvo of srm4s, she plants two TBs to the Bonecrusher's left leg causing it to fumble a skill check. It collapses on its left leg, ripping it off. One more NB shot from Lobster fries up Glim, the Marksman's jock. Igor on the Bonecrusher admits defeat and ejects.
