Need some long-campaigners here!!

Post by generalrichmond »

Hey, I *want* to play a long campaign, OK? And I want to do the old you-help-me campaign, I-help-you campaign. I set up the enemy forces, waypoints, map & VPs for your campaign and you do the same for mine. Pretty simple.

I cannot stomach playing the regular AI setup, but I want to play a campaign, not just a battle PBEM or online.

I would be interested, BUT, my oob's that I play the long campaign with are different than the 'official' ones. Mostly in that the speeds are the previous slower, ones, and that mine contain numerous icon differences. This would mean either shipping you my oob's, and shp's, or, just the oob's, then I would just load the scenario once finished, into my editor, then save w/o any editing, to co-ordinate my icon files. Be forwarned though, my campaigns are always huge, my Bulgarian one core force is a reinforced Tank Battalion. My German one is equally as huge, also the Russian. The nice thing is, you don't have to set one up for me but every other month, or so! <img src="wink.gif" border="0"> Let me know...

I've got a German long campaign made from linking existing scenarios. It hasn't been balanced or playtested, but might be midly amusing for someone tired of the predictable AI setup. Interested, drop me a line: circ@sprynet.com.
