Yugoslavia

Here is a German RR map from 1940 showing a number of double-track sections in Yugoslavia. Incidentally it also shows two small-gauge RR in Albania from Durres to Elbasan and Scutari to Shengjin

Nice find, lots of interesting maps there.
Although many contradict each other for dual-track vs single-track lines in some cases.
You'll find maps stating Riga-Krustpils rail as either single-track, dual-track or as under construction (I assume intended to show second track as under construction)

Yeah, that's why I prefer to deal with native maps rather than German. However, the double-tack line from Trieste through Ljubljana to Graz was built in 1920s so that was definitely double-track in 1941.

do you know a source for soviet rail maps? Ideally from the 1941-42 era + showing single- and dual-track lines.
I am especially interested in the following areas: Riga-Krustpils, Przemysl (southwards to Hungary), Brest-Litovsk to Gomel, Batumi-Tbilisi

I posted Transcaucasian RR map in the other thread. Batumi-Tbilisi was always single-track, except for the Tbilisi area where double track line was built in ~1936.

Polish RR maps can be found here, Przemysl to Chyrov was double-track.

Latvian RR map from 1941-1943 is attached, Riga-Krustpils was all single-track
