Does a partial HQ provide the Ground combat advantages that HQ give to combat units?

Hmm... very interesting question... I must admit that I don't have
idea... this question can be expanded to Air HQs as well...

The Air bonus is a great thing and I could see great advantage splitting you Air HQ to give some more punch toyour Airgroups. That would be an even bigger bonus.

I can be wrong, but I think it does. I guess modifier of HQ bonuses doesn’t use clean numbers, how many men, support, disruption etc. It just check for HQ units in particular hex and then provide or doesn’t provide HQ bonus, it doesn’t matter is it full strength unit or detachment.

Can anyone with hard data confirm this?
