106 beta 13 I get refusal

When I try to unzip latest beta I get a message if can not unzip the exe. says denied
Favoritism is alive and well here.

Propably overly agressive virus scanner mistake the Beta .exe for a Virus. This happens from time to time. You could try pausing it for a second and see what happens.
