Yes in fact I just updated the download link on the forums with 1.00.09.

It should have a WHITE background.

Is there a new version of the manual like the easy to print one from 1.00.08 that shows us the changes? It sure would be nice to know where the changes are in the manual so we could print out perhaps only a few pages where the rule has changed.
