Installed Scenario Not Showing in Scenario Selection

Hello.

Recent fresh re-install of WitP-AE, patched to Official v1124, then Beta 1126b.

Everything is working fine except after unzipping the files for Andy Mac's Scenario 1 for slot #033 into the SCEN folder, it doesn't show up in the game's Scenario Selection menu. Slot #033 is still empty, and Scenario 1 at the first slot is, as expected, default.

I've peeked in the relevant forum page but there hasn't been any activity there in ages. Someone else asked the same question there 17 months ago, with no responses. I'm posting here in the hopes that someone will see this and reply with a solution.

Scen 33 was superseded by Scen 100. Can you try the same procedure with scen 100 and see if scen 100 shows up in the scenario list in slot 100?

No, just noted the forum post. IDK if a fix was included with the latest download, and I haven't looked at the unit or into the editor yet.

FYI, a scenario's title won't show in the scenario selection menu unless there is a .cmt file for it. You'll still be able to select/play the scenario if the other files are there, it will just appear that nothing is there.

These are simply short text files which use the .cmt extension and are named 'scnXXX.cmt' where 'XXX' represents the scenario number, with two-digit numbers preceded by a zero (example: scn001.cmt for scenario #1). I'm not sure of the file parameters, but to be safe I'd keep them to a single line and keep the titles relatively short.

Well, since Matrix/Slitherine/2X3 Games have stopped supporting the game, anything Andy Mac does is gratis on his own time. I am not sure but I think the creation of Scenario 100 in the first place was volunteer work. It would be great to have additional tweaks here and there but I completely understand when programmers draw the line so they can have a real life. Hoping for updates is OK but I really don't expect anything more.

There are just a few database errata to fix ( Wirraway/Boomerang bombs, Chinese Cav icon and wrong ships in PH ond Dec 7). For scen 100, I can fix those in the Editor for my games against Jap AI. Changes to scen 001 require dev access though.
