engineers

Post by MuguNiner »

Hi,

So far, after a few warm up games, I have been handed my a$$. But, interesting game. Do engineers do anything special? The manual is very simple and doesn't mention them.

Thanks

good question, without looking tbh i'm not sure, but some inf units have different stats than others, so maybe better at some terrain than other inf units in attack or defense, but apart from that i just don't know and not a question that i asked while testing it either, my bad [:(]

I agree with Zakblood as I haven't seen any real use for them yet. I suppose that they are just units attached to the divisions. I looked all through the manual and see nothing about them.
I generally just use them to fill holes in the line.

they may give generally extra bonuses for certain attacks and defend moves, but not sure either

Hi MuguNiner

If you installed the game there is a manual included in the shortcut links. Dependant on the unit type they get a defensive bonus based on the terrain they are in.

Engineers get a bonus if they are in a Town or Hill hex.
