John Tiller Civil War campaign games

Does anyone still play them? Is there a site, forum etc. where I can go to post and ask questions about these games? I've always gotten the best advice from such sites, so I'd appreciate any leads. I'm playing the latest version from the JTS website. I've queried their customer service, but so far to no avail. Thank you.
