Wanted buy this book as an eBook. What a pain not available for purchase in Australia. Why are we treated as a back water in this country[:@]

Was the same in the Uk. But I did get it. Now it has been withdrawn again from audio book.

I would say, it hasn't aged that well. Not because of the military aspects, that are top notch. But the charachters in Clanceys have always been 2d only. And in such a long book they don't engage. Especially on a second reading where all the 'wow..didn't see that coming' have gone.

Watched a documentary on beavers. Best dam documentary I've ever seen.

I read a few times when it came out, then again like a few years back. I was surprised it was a 95% naval story, the tank battles that I recalled were just one chapter iirc.
