How to turn off pop-up?

The sequel of the legendary wargame with a complete graphics and interface overhaul, major new gameplay and design features such as full naval combat modelling, improved supply handling, numerous increases to scenario parameters to better support large scenarios, and integrated PBEM++.

How to turn off pop-up?

I updated to version .21 and some of my settings changed. How do I turn this pop-up off? Very anoying, it will also pop-up when hovering over a hex:
