No menu bar

I just recently bought the game and am still trying to learn things.
I noticed on a lot of videos that people have a menu bar at the top of their screen.
It has this in the game manual as well. I however, don't have one.
I havn't seen anyone else with this issue on any of the other posts in the forum.
I am using a laptop, windows 10.

Hey, welcome aboard. I'm not sure what is causing the problem, but it could be a resolution issue. Post in the main page of this forum. As a new member of the forum you can't post pictures yet. Keep that in mind. I would suggest that you search for windows 10 and game switches. Good luck....GP
