Spearhead: An American Tank Gunner, His Enemy, and a Collision of Lives in World War II by Adam Makos

It's about the battle between one of the first Pershing tanks and a Panzer IV. The book starts from about near the end of the battle of Falaise Pocket so you have sort of a history of how the Sherman tanks performed and some of their tactics and you get a background of the men involved including the German who was in the Panzer IV.

Read through about half the book in one night, you really don't want to put it down. The best book by this author so far.
