Dusted off my H3 ANW v3.7.0. Great game!

Is this forum still active, or what forum should I use?

Looks like the last entry is a couple years old, so probably no, but the info and links contained in this forum are essential to playing the game. There might be additional info at subsim.com , if that site is still alive. I still play the game often, trying to get my plan just right. Still hard to do.
Matrix also has a game called Command, which used to be free. It's an offshoot of the never-released Harpoon 4 and is pretty cool in it's own right. Good luck!
