RE: CMANO updated to version 1.14.9
I want to point out that in the scenario selector screen I realized that an older folder (for the non Steam install I had) that contained the word "Scenario" in it that by sheer coincidence is at the top of the choices you get, and that these scenarios will not open because they are so old they likely are completely incompatible with the current DB. If you scroll down you will see a second folder which has the working scenarios. I renamed that folder with the bad content (to not have the name scenario in it), and that content no longer showed up in my choices, and I was able to get to my regular content in the view I was used to.
Make sure this is NOT what you are seeing plz.

I don't believe that that is the problem. I do have that second folder, but it isn't isolated to that. Almost all of the LIVE scenarios in the Live folder won't work, but some do.
So, that's no help just yet.

For DLCs, none of the scenarios work except the ones in Chains of War. All of those work.

RE: CMANO updated to version 1.14.9
I have the same issue on the steam version. Not all scenarios are affected. Also, the newly updated King of the Border scenario seems to be running somewhat slowly, and is barely affected by trying time compression. Time compression seems to be affected as well as i can't seem to go past a certain speed.
The scenarios that work/dont work seem to be all over the map. Some Standalone scenarios work, some don't. Some LIVE scenarios work, some don't. Same with the Expansions and community scenarios. This seems to have something to do with the core CMANO program and not individual scenarios. It's too widespread.
Also i'm running on Windows 7 64 bit

Also, can you please list here the scenarios in which the problem appears, and any scenarios that load without issues, so that we can try to narrow down the cause of the problem.
There's too many to list, but I can give you a small sample, from 'Standalone Scenarios'
DOES Load:
Standing Naval Force Atlantic, 1979
First Contact, 1986
DOES NOT Load:
The Tiger and the Dragon, 2019
Operation Brass Drum, 2017
Hope that will help!

I have decided to reinstall CMANO and will see if that works.
UPDATE: Reinstall did NOT resolve the issue.

If you can find a pair of scenarios, one that works fine, and one that gives you this issue, please upload them!

Thanks!
And just to double check, you are getting the same thing as above,
But in English, something about a NullArgumentException?

RE: CMANO updated to version 1.14.9
Yep, that's exactly what I am getting!
RE: CMANO updated to version 1.14.9
As another data point, I just downloaded and installed the update. I have no issues at all. I tried all the scenarios listed above both don't work and work. I also opened about 20 more, from LIVE, to selecting individual campaign scenarios, community and standalone and started 2 campaigns. No issues at all.
For comparison, I'm on a MacBook Pro (i5 with 8GB RAM and 1GB VRAM) and run using Parallels Desktop with W10.

RE: CMANO updated to version 1.14.9
I just checked the same scenarios that HalfLifeExpert advised about.
The same two worked for him also worked for me.
And, the same two that failed for him failed also failed for me.
I believe that he said that he got the update through Stream. I got mine through Matrix.

RE: CMANO updated to version 1.14.9
UPDATE!!!!!!!
I think I fixed it!!!!
By a one off suspicion, I looked at Windows update, and realized that I still had not installed .NET Framework 4.7.2.
I installed it, and restarted as prompted, and now all the scenarios I remember having the problem seem to load up normally now, and the new King of the Border scenario seems to be working properly too (The enemy bases were missing before).

RE: CMANO updated to version 1.14.9
How did you install .NET Framework 4.7.2? I believe that there is mention of that when the update is presented. Did you just install the update once again, on top of the old one?

RE: CMANO updated to version 1.14.9
I'm on Windows 7, so I still have control over updates.
Since the fiasco over attempted forced upgrades to Windows 10, I had my settings set to put 'Recommended' updated under 'Optional'.
It was the only optional update I had, and it's been sitting there since July, so I decided "ah why not" and installed it.

I don't know where the file is to install it, or if you just re-install the update and it will land on top of it. Can you advise what exactly you did to install that specific file and where it came from?

RE: CMANO updated to version 1.14.9
If you are on Windows 10 or 8.1, It may not be so simple.
Here's the apparent download page, you can try that. https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/d ... ime/net472
Like I said, it was not installed at all. I installed it for the first time today via Windows Update, since I had elected not to install it.
