"Grand tactical'?

Scourge of War is the definitive American Civil War grand tactical wargame of this generation.

Thats the headline from the matrix product page......I'm sorry but I am skeptical, Theres isnt one screen shot of a map, not in other reviews or the product page...for those that have played it, perhaps you can enlighten me? How on earth is basically running around a battlefield with a minicam on your shoulder translate into a "grand tactical"?

I have played Tillers Battleground series, looking for roughly same scale, but with more complexity...I dont think this is it...anyone have a recommendation?

The game is one of the best and most immersive i've ever played.
Once my situation became hopeless, i've sent out a courier to ask
for support and 20 long minutes later friendly troops from
my commander's reserve arrived ... so cool!
