Black Screen in windowed mode

Hi all,

When launching WitW in windowed mode, all I can see is a black screen with the intro video audio in the background. the videos can be skipped and the menu music will start, [s] but there will still be a black screen, meaning I can't interact with the game [/s].

This is when launching from steam, however, it was working fine two days ago.

Even more interesting is that WitE plays videos just fine.

I recently did a fresh install of Windows 10, but the drive where my steam games were installed was left untouched, just to provide you with further information. Also steam overlay/theatre is turned off, and my Nvidia control panel's Anti-aliasing option is set to application specific (these were solutions presented in other threads on black screens).

EDIT: Some more messing around with video drivers and I can see the menu/play the game. Videos still don't play on startup or after a scenario but this is only a minor problem if I'm honest as I usually skip them.
