Minor UI bug on the "Resume from save" Campaign dialog

Long story short, there's a "Resume from save" tab in the Campaign window. It has a "Delete selected save" button. The issue is, when you want to delete several saves and click it many times, it removes the highlighted saves from the list, but actually deletes only the first one. If you click on each save manually and then use the button, it works, but it's somewhat exhausting when you want to delete 20+ saves.

Potential solution - update currently selected save on "delete" event.
