Why Not Make WiE and WaW maps Same?

As the title says, why not make the World at War map the same scale as the War in Europe map?

If the answer is somewhere else, just point me to the thread. Searching on here is impossible most of the time.

Two turns a month would have been better also, IMO....(which does not really count)
