It looks like you found a remedy for so many Allied DDs, bomb them with the KB. I see in one of your replays that 8 B5N2s hit with 9 bombs, that's good shooting indeed.

Doing some holiday time in Tasmania and no wifi in most places we are staying.

Yes that was good bombing by the Kates. They must have been using more than one bomb. Even if that was the case good accuracy anyway as I don't think either of these two ships has been previously damaged. I shall have a look at the full after battle report when I get home and see what size bombs were dropped.

Reduced KB all out of torps so bombs it is to mess with those destroyers and bigger ships. Fairly certain that Allied carriers have gone home to lick their wounds so was prepared to let KB linger and try to make some of these damaged ships turn into certain kills.
