with my Italian Fleet, and this CRAZY DUDE declared instant war at my Spaghettis, still shocked [X(][X(][X(][:@]

So, it seems that your opponent found your use of un-attackable neutral units to spot his forces to be an unacceptable exploit, and retaliated.
I don't think that makes him crazy.

I did that one time and to my dismay I found out that US mobilization went to 0%. And Russian one I think.

no no no[:-], comrade Stalin does not care at all, and it affects only Spain and USA, both get 10-15% mobilization increase toward Axis.
Thats a surprisingly low penalty. Völkerbund does not care.

but still its worth trade with my lost Makaroni ship.

@Markiss, yeah probably its me which is crazy, I should go back to nuthouse maybe [8D][:D]
