I will take the submissions I have and start reviewing/judging. Results will be announced in this thread 1 month from today (November 9th, 2018).

Still judging (re-playing through the scenarios). I had some real life stuff come up and a new laptop that I had to reinstall TotH on so there may be a delay of a few days past the judging window (originally Nov 9th), but not much more than that.

I think I have decided on the winner BUT I want to review a few more details first. The winner will be announced Friday, November 9th, probably early afternoon on that day (I am in CST/UTC-6 time zone).

And the winner is . . . . technikzauberer, with his scenario entitled "Clash at Le Valtru". I had 3 submissions and it was very close. I had to take points away for somewhat minor stuff to narrow it down.

More details will be posted later and over the weekend I will be PM'ing each of the contestants with extra details as well.
