German [:)]

An easy fix... I'll go through the texts... No big deal. It's a community effort. Finally figured out the .CSV
export of tables etc.

How, where can I find this sheet?
I might, which appeals quite nice to me, change some terms to German used way of writing, e.g. 4th Panzer Division becomes 4. Panzer-Division. [:)]

The .CSV with the daily messages are attached. If you want to proofread the scenario description etc. just use the DC:CP editor features.

Hi Templer, the scenario is a work in progress, many trooptypes description are wrong and we lack all the commanders "curriculum". I complete only Hermann Balck that is my example of what i hope to do soon with all commanders.
I'm working also on the luftwaffe OOB to add the air support.
Every suggestion or correction is welcomed!

Hey, Davide. We're all community here. We know it's work in progress. I am more than happy to go through the texts and I also got lotsa references for the OOB, etc. So, don't be shy to ask the Oberst; I am really good at research ;) +1 Your scenario is refreshing and really reminds me of Fire Brigade. Top job, Kamerad Italiener!

Ciao nikdav,

I was hoping this is a work in progress.
Like Oberst Klink, I also find the scenario refreshing.

There are no German defensive scenarios for the Decisive Campaign system.
I hope, once somebody will design a scenario on German soil. The last days of Berlin, or something.

Thank you nikdav for "stirring the pot" with this game scenario and getting others involved. Proof again that modding keeps old games alive, and this is a very good one.

and...

Once I am confident about the basics, I'll try to create a Kiev '43 scenario; basically smaller than Fastov '43 and around the time the Soviets jumped over the Dnieper.

Decisive Campaigns: Barbarossa is not an old game!

Games start aging on the day developers stop handle support, patches, updates.

The ultimate test for the Italians at the Volkov front... still experimenting and following all of Vic's & Cameron's videos. Hope some other scenario designers and me can create a nice collection of various modules for post-1942 scenarios; e.g. agreeing on how we adjust the combat effectiveness of the infantry e.g.

Help! Is there any reference available how to determine the various attack/defence values for
the weapon systems? I'd like to create more Axis-Minors tanks, SPG, etc.

Any help is appreciated!

From my point of view the best stats combo was made by Captain Cruft for his Ostfront scenario. It was fully functional 1941 version, but SFTs were made for later periods also (all those Tigers, IS-II or infantry'44 units).
It was for ATG. And if you have ATG you may check this:

Ostfront

There is no such thing as a historically accurate strategy game. Every game stops being historically accurate from the very first move player do. First unit that moves ahistorically, first battle with non-historical results, mean we ride in unknown.

Some quick notes:
1. When playing Germans I used card "replacements" and got message that troops came to (3,40) Berdichev. But my HQ is at start at (8,45) so no troops arrived. 4 PP lost. [:(]
2. I like to have background in unit pictures.
3. Mortar 120mm picture is too big compared to artillery.
4. You use pioneer (pionier) units in Stug battalion with stats of labor engineers. I would like to see their stats at least as standard infantry.
5. I like the concept of having infantry division as separate, individual units. Looks cool.
6. German motorized artillery with staff units inside and without trucks/halftracks moves at foot speed.
7. I lost 90% tanks due to "kill/retreat accidents" [:(]

You may find my picture of heavy Ger infantry interesting (it's collage of pionier units and infantry).

The use of pionier, pioneer, engineer, guastatori, genieri is a problem, i think we must create a new trooptype for the combat engineers !

Many stat must be adjusted, and Oberst Klink is at work !

The replacements arrive on the nearest Hilevel HQ and you can see the troops next turn.
I just play four times starting the first turn the replacements card and i see always some troops!
Do you see no troops at all ? what turn ?
