Reinforcement schedule

I'm playing vs AI in version 1.11.02. When I look at the reinforcement schedule there are no units listed for that turn on the Axis side. If I check on the map the Italian units say they will unfreeze on turn 8 but why would it be off the schedule? Anything else missing?

reinforcement shedule shows newly arriving units, not existing units unfreezing
WitE dev team - (aircraft data)
WitE 1.08+ dev team (data/scenario maintainer)
WitW dev team (aircraft data, partial data/scenario maintainer)
WitE2 dev team (aircraft data)
